Protect the Record: Never submit confidential case files, records, evidence, or identifying information about children through the website forms. These channels are strictly for initial administrative intake and credentials vetting.

For our general contact forms, inquiry records are retained only as long as necessary for review and response. For our specialized intake portals (Portal 1: Request Counsel Review and Portal 2: Adult Survivor Inquiry), we operate under a strict No-Log Protocol.
Submission data entered into these portals is never stored in the local website database. Instead, it is encrypted in transit and routed directly to our secure Make.com processing endpoints. Server retention for these submissions is essentially zero, ensuring no sensitive credentials, bar numbers, or survivor contexts remain cached or stored on the web server.
Information Collected Automatically
The website, hosting provider, security tools, and consent-management tools may automatically process limited technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages requested, timestamps, cookie preferences, and security or error logs. This information is used to operate, protect, troubleshoot, and understand the website.
Informed Consent & Relationship Scope
In accordance with GDPR-style data protection ethics and informed consent models, all intake portals require explicit consent prior to submission. For the Adult Survivor Inquiry, checking the mandatory disclaimer is required. Submitting any intake form does not create an attorney-client or clinical relationship, and clearly defines the boundary and scope of the interaction before any data is transmitted.
